More runs came home for Joliet Admirals when Brundage scored on an RBI single by Satchel Daleo, Miller scored on an RBI single by Rob Talarico, and Daleo scored on an RBI double by Brendan Krob.

Joliet Admirals scored one run in the fourth inning, and then followed it up with one more in the ninth. In the fourth, Joliet Admirals scored on an error, bringing home Brendan Brundage.

The sixth spelled defeat for Joliet Admirals, as the Southland Vikings grabbed the lead for good. More runners rounded the bases on a sacrifice fly by Nick Wheeler and two singles.

The Southland Vikings built upon their lead with four runs in the seventh. The inning got off to a hot start when Tyler Crussen singled, bringing home Hunter Thorn and Austin Lorenz.
