Zach Wadley

Co-Manager of Broadcast and Media Relations

Zach Wadley is currently a junior at Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. A Journalism major and Public Relations minor, Zach is from Bourbonnais, Illinois and graduated from Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School in 2010. Wadley lettered in soccer, basketball and baseball during his four years at BBCHS. He was named to the Southwest Suburban All-Conference team twice for basketball and once for baseball. After high school he enrolled at Anderson where he lettered in basketball during his freshman season. No longer playing basketball, Wadley served as the radio color commentator for the Anderson Ravens basketball team and served as the part-time play-by-play and color commentator for the Kankakee Holiday Basketball Tournament in December. Wadley has also worked as the public address announcer for high school basketball teams and several different levels of baseball, most notably the Anderson University team this past spring. For the past two years Wadley has served as a Media Relations volunteer for the Big Ten men’s basketball tournament and also volunteered at the inaugural Big Ten Football Championship in December of 2011. This past winter he worked for CBS during their broadcasts of Notre Dame basketball. He is the sports editor for Anderson’s school newspaper the Andersonian and has also been a staff writer for the Kankakee Daily Journal. Last summer he attended the Oklahoma State Sports Media Camp under the direction of Cowboys’ play-by-play man Dave Hunziker.
