Southland Vikings nabbed the lead late in the game in a 10-9 victory over Bloomington Bobcats on Sunday. The game was tied at nine with Southland Vikings batting in the bottom of the eighth when Frank Napleton singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

Both offenses were strong at the plate as Southland Vikings collected 11 hits and Bloomington Bobcats 15 in the high-scoring affair In the second inning, Bloomington Bobcats got their offense started when an error scored two runs for Bloomington Bobcats.

In the bottom of the seventh inning, Southland Vikings tied things up at nine when Dashon Moore singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.
